Pad Thai is very popular Thai food in Thailand and foreign countries. It is very easy and not expensive to cook Pad Thai with yourself. There are several kinds of Pad Thai such as Pad Thai chicken, Pad Thai shrimp, Pad Thai pork ,etc. If you want to cook different kind of Pad Thai, you just add the ingredient of it. For example, if you want to cook Pad Thai chicken, you can add chicken meat in stead of shrimp. Here, i want to show you how to cook Thai Pad Thai chicken.


First thing you need to have Pad Thai ingredients.

1.) 3 pieces of garlic (chop garlic into small pieces) 


2.) 1 shallot ( chop shallot into small pieces)


3.) 1 lime

4.) 4 slice of Spring onion 


5.) Thai noodle 454 grams 


6.) bean sprouts 300 grams


7.) 3 eggs


8.) Pad Thai sauce made from tamarind juice, sugar, fish sauce

 11.) oil 8 teaspoons

12.) Chilli pepper 50 gram

 How to cook Pad Thai.

1.) fry garlic and shallot with oil together, add fish sauce and chilli pepper. Fry it about 2 or 3 minutes.
2.) Add boiled chicken in the pan, mix then together with garlic and shallot. 
 3.) keep chicken that you just cook in the plate. 
4.) Add some water in the pan (not too much water) followed by noodle.
5.) When noodle seem to be well done add eggs into the pan. 
6.) When noodle and eggs almost done, put chicken that you just cook into the pan and cook it together
7.) Cook them until everything seem to be well cook.
8.) Finally, add peanut, Spring onion, bean sprouts , use lime to modify the taste of Pad Thai.
