 Papaya Salad Ingrdients

1.) cups shredded green papaya.
2.) Carrots, sliced ​​1 / 2 cup.
3.)  Bean 1 / 2 cup (cut into lengths about 1 ").
4.) 2 tablespoons fish sauce.
5.) Palm sugar 1 1 / 2 tbsp.

7.) 3 tablespoons lemon juice.

9.) Dried shrimp1 / 3 cup.
10.) Peanuts, 1 / 4 cup.
11.) Chilli 10 tablets (increase / decrease. Requirements).
12.) 5 cloves of fresh garlic.


how to cook Thai papaya salad (somtum)

1. Add the garlic and pepper in a mortar, grind it not too much. Add dried shrimp and
grind it for another few minutes.

2. Add palm sugar, mix them until the sugar dissolved. Then add shredded papaya, shredded carrot, bean, tomato, peanuts seasoned with fish sauce and lime juice. Then  mix all ingredients together.
